General Policies


Prices are subject to change at any time; therefore, it is best to contact your local store for the latest price and for large quantity quotations.

Sales Tax:

Customers will be charged applicable state sales tax unless they have a valid, signed exemption certificate on file with us.


Cash, Credit Card (Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or Check are acceptable methods of payment. Charges for merchandise and any applicable freight charges are due on delivery. No cash discount on invoices paid with credit cards.

Open Accounts:

Customers providing satisfactory financial information, banking and trade references and whose volume and activity warrant may be granted an open charge account with a credit limit. All open accounts must be personally guaranteed by the principals. Terms for all invoices are due on the 10th of the month following the invoice date. A 1-1/2% late charge per month (18% annually) will be billed on all account balances that are past due. Delinquent accounts will be placed on C.O.D. status until the account balance is current. A new credit evaluation may be required for credit privileges to be reinstated.

Limited Warranty:

Central Irrigation Supply warranty information: only those product warranties made by the manufacture, at its discretion, shall apply. Central Irrigation supply, makes no independent warranty, express or implied, and makes no warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. Central Irrigation Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punative or consequencial damages of any kind.


Our hours are subject to the prevailing weather conditions in our markets, though generally, our hours are:

March through October: M-F 7am-6pm, Saturday 7am-12pm

November through February: M-F 7:30am-5pm, Saturday Closed

Telephone / Fax Orders:

Save valuable time. Make up your list of materials including stock number, quantity, size, purchase order number and "Ship-To" address and phone or fax your local warehouse. We will fill the order and have it waiting for you or we will deliver it.

Returned Checks:

A service fee of $50.00 will be charged for each check returned by your bank.

Returned Goods:

All sales are final. In some instances, however, products in new and saleable condition may be returned with authorization. All items are subject to inspection and acceptance at our warehouse and must be accompanied by an invoice dated within 60 days of purchase. When any product is returned, a 25% restocking charge plus original freight and freight cost back to the vendor will be deducted from the credit. Special Order products are not returnable.

Product Availability:

Not all items are available at all locations. Call your local warehouse to determine availability. Special order products require a 50% deposit when ordered and are not returnable.

Shortage, Lost or Damaged Products:

All orders and shipments are carefully inspected and packaged before leaving our warehouse. All products should be inspected upon delivery and any damage or discrepancy must be noted on the invoice (and carrier's freight bill, if applicable) at the time of delivery. Immediate notification to us will result in prompt resolution.

Our Certified Irrigation Designers (C.I.D.) pride themselves on producing the most professional, easy-to-read, and efficient system designs in the industry. Whether you are a contractor, developer or architect, our design service is available to you for your residential, commercial or golf projects. Budget estimates and reviews of "as built" drawings are also available.

Literature / "Cut Sheets":

Manufacturer literature is available at all our warehouse locations.
